Who Am I?

Anne Griffiths

I am a fully-qualified Counsellor with many years of experience helping people through a wide range of issues.

I hold a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from the Gloucestershire Counselling Service (GCS) in conjunction with the University of the West of England (UWE).

I previously spent a year studying Person-centred Counselling at Stevenage College, Hertfordshire.

I hold certificates in Time-limited Counselling, and in CBT.

I have many years of experience in working within hospital and hospice settings, including 4 years on the Family Support Team at a hospice in Hertfordshire.

As well as being on the National Register of competent counsellors held by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I have met their further rigorous standards for Accredited Members.

I work to their Codes of Ethics, Respecting Equal Opportunities and Data Protection protocols, and continue my professional development each year.
